There are so many favourite at @lumbre.sg but if I have to choose a fav dish, Seafood Wet Fideua âArroz Caldosoâ with Calamari and smoked eel served in a casserole ($48.00++) is the one.
Intensely flavourful seafood noodle which perfectly soaks up its base of tomato-pepper sauce and seafood stock. Must try.
