Fideua Carabineros & Setas comprising noodle paella that replaces rice with short thin pasta noodles. The Carabineros & Setas is the star, with a rich lobster stock permeating the noodles before being topped with seared plump Mediterranean Sea carabinero prawns and grilled organic mushrooms. Served with housemade truffle aioli for extra creaminess and a familiar flavour punch.

It was my first time at Restaurant Gaig, and I would say the food here is simply amazing!

Restaurant Gaig’s menu showcases Catalan dishes with traditional recipes dating back to the 19th century through Chef Marti’s innovative interpretations. They also have a really good selection of wines that you can consider going with the meal.

Homemade Ravioli stuffed with minced lamb leg shoulder served with langoustine consommĂŠ.

Another must try at Lumbre is this Grilled Dry Aged Beef Sliders ($26.00++) Soft and fluffy brioche burger bun sandwich dry aged beef that melts in my mouth.

There are so many favourite at @lumbre.sg but if I have to choose a fav dish, Seafood Wet Fideua ‘Arroz Caldoso’ with Calamari and smoked eel served in a casserole ($48.00++) is the one.

Intensely flavourful seafood noodle which perfectly soaks up its base of tomato-pepper sauce and seafood stock. Must try.

Heard so much about Esquina @esquinasg and yes, finally I am here! Esquina, a Modern Spanish Restaurant located near Keong Saik offers counter seats with open kitchen concept at level 1, and a dining room at the level 2. First time here and don’t know what to order, highly recommend going for their 10th Anniversary Menu at $138.00++ that you can try many of their signatures at one go.
