@tsukada_nojo_singapore is one of my favourite places for ramen but I don't get to go enough because they only serve it for lunch! Got my miso butter ramen recently with chewy noodles and thought the noodles were a bit too hard this time, the soup and everything else (especially the soup) were still good! Completed our meal with chicken nanban hehe

It been awhile since I had hotpot! The Beauty Collagen Pot ($25 per pax) comes with chicken, chicken meatballs, prawns and an assortment of vegetables.

The soup base is the bomb! Their signature “Golden Chicken Collagen Stock” is made by stewing chicken bones for over 8 hours and it is served in pudding form, which eventually melts into a super rich, smooth and flavourful chicken soup. The soup is a little salty on its own, but it balances out once all the vegetables are added in. The chicken is very springy and tender and the meatballs are well seasoned. We also ordered an extra portion of Pork Collar ($12) and Thick Mochi-Mochi Noodles ($3). I love how thick and chewy the noodles are, which is really suitable for hotpot. All the ingredients go very well with the Homemade Chili, Leek Oil, Yuzu Pepper and Garlic Soy Sauce.

Overall, this is a very delicious and hearty Japanese-style hotpot. Although it is quite pricey, the quality of the food is there, the portion is filling and the service is good. Enjoyed this!

Look to this Jap restaurant in Plaza Singapura for a lunch date spot with mum. You are here for the Bijin Nabe ($25 per pax) which sees vegetables, seafood and chicken cooked in a thick and sweet golden Jidori chicken broth — a potent eight hour-brew where chicken bones get fully dissolved turning into a silky smooth pudding that's high in collagen. Pro-tip: come during off peak hours to avoid queuing.

This is the first time I tried their hotpot and oh my, I was hooked. Every time my Friend ask me where to meet, I’ll say Dhoby Ghaut Bijin Nabe? It’s like that’s the only food place that exist in that mall. This is a late post but I can still taste the richness of soup in my mouth. Thinking about it every time makes me want to go back to drinking this. The best part is we’re able to add more soup!! We added other ingredients in like prawn, meat ball, red radish and etc. Yum yum. Perfect for a raining day!

Haven’t had Tsukada Nojo’s bijin men in ages and found out they have expanded their beauty ramen menu! I tried the tantanmen which came with an almond milk collagen ball and the soup was really rich and flavourful. The thick mochi noodles went well with the soup and I enjoyed it a lot 😍😍

We tried their sukiyaki and kept the sauce on the side. Really enjoyed this lunch.
