Ramen Places 🍜
@tsukada_nojo_singapore is one of my favourite places for ramen but I don't get to go enough because they only serve it for lunch! Got my miso butter ramen recently with chewy noodles and thought the noodles were a bit too hard this time, the soup and everything else (especially the soup) were still good! Completed our meal with chicken nanban hehe
@marutamaramen.sg's Aka Marutama Tanmen is slightly spicy and nutty with a mix of nuts and chilli in their chicken soup. This was not bad and tasted rather healthy too! 😋
Finally tried @singapore_enishi's dandan noodles after hearing so much about it and it was delicious indeed! The sauce was very flavourful and I was very happy slurping the noodles too. They also provide a mini rice portion for you to eat with the leftover sauce after finishing the noodles. I really enjoyed this bowl of ramen 😋
After having that yummy bowl of dandan noodles, I had to go back to @singapore_enishi to try the dashi ramen. The soup was light and yet was packed with flavour at the same time. The meats were tender and charred nicely. I rarely like ramen with clear soups but I liked this a lot 😌
Finally tried the Truffle Ramen from @kanadaya.sg recently and I enjoyed it quite a bit! The truffle flavour went well with the tonkotsu broth with springy noodles, tender char shu, seaweed and ramen egg 😋 the Kotteri Tonkotsu ramen has tonkotsu broth which is tasty, for those who enjoy rich flavours. They have sides to go with your ramen as well, we had the chicken karaage which was pretty good but I would have liked it more if it was more crispy. This is a good place for my ramen fix and even though my favourite is the yuzu ramen, these were yummy too!

The Mazesoba came with an assortment of fried items along with chewy noodles and homemade sauce. I liked how the sauce complemented the fried items and the noodles and the bowl wasn't too rich in flavour as well 😋
Dreaming of having this Ebi Fry Ramen again on a rainy day. Went back to @hajime_tonkatsu_ramen to have ramen and I was quite surprised with how tasty the soup was with all the shrimp adding to its flavour. Enjoyed this a lot especially with the two pieces of crispy breaded prawns served with it 😋 Swipe to see more of the ramen! 🍜
The Tonkatsu Ramen from @hajime_tonkatsu_ramen is delicious too! With the ramen served in a creamy and flavourful tonkotsu broth, this was a comforting and more familiar option that we enjoyed as well. The Tonkatsu was served crispy and was complemented with the Tonkatsu sauce too 😋
One of my favourite ramen places in Singapore is @tsukadanojosg_bijinnabe with their Bijin Men! I always choose Hokkaido Miso Butter along with the thick mochi noodles! The beauty collagen soup is very tasty and the noodles are chewy too 😋😋
I'm not a fan or ramen delivery because ramen must be eaten when it's cooked but we ordered ramen delivery because it's circuit breaker. I got the spicy yuzu one this time and I liked the tinge of sourness complemented by the spicy flavours.
Decided to give @kanadaya.sg a second chance after having a bad experience the first time. Had the Gekikara Ramen which has tonkotsu broth and spicy miso. This was very tasty and slightly spicy so I enjoyed this quite a bit 😋
