One of the starters we went for and it came in this huge portion! Love it when my fries come piping hot and these did. Truffle mayo was quite generous as well and the fries had a crunchy crust with a pretty fluffy centre.

Fried chicken thigh in Nashville-style hot sauce, dill pickles between burger buns with coleslaw and a choice of side. We went for the waffle fries but theres also the normal fries, mash potato, etc. Chicken was fried crunchy but was definitely hoping for softer and less dry buns, and perhaps just a tad bit bigger portion.

Easy pick for us as a sharing appetiser cause we’re all fans of burrata. Pretty big sized burrata on a bed of arugula with cherry tomatoes and house-made balsamic vinaigrette.

Was intrigued by this dish with the number of sauces you get to choose from: white wine, spicy mala, creamy blue cheese and chilli crab with jumbo lump crab meat (+$4). We went with the classic white wine sauce but it didn’t fare that well unfortunately - it was too bland and the mussels weren’t as fresh. Hopefully it was an off day. They also have a larger big pot serving at $48.

Quite a decent homely rendition, was a pretty comforting bowl that’s not too spicy or sour. It’s $18 for the medium and $24 for the large.

Got to visit Tribeca recently and found out more about their interesting multi menu concept. You’ll get to order from a huge menu as they house 6 different brands of a variety of cuisines - the popular Thai-Chinese zi char spot @thaipanrestaurant, Korean-Mexican fusion from @latakorea.sg, Italian from @pastatable.sg, Western from @southernsoul.sg & @tribecasg (plus lots of drinks from The Vault), and not forgetting desserts, from @smittenicecreambar.
We had a bit of everything and the highlight for us was the homely zi char dishes from Thai Pan - a name that might ring a bell for those who lived in the East. Heard that the Tribeca team specially invited the owner here! The squid slices retained a slight crisp even though we left it aside for a while. Wasn’t too oily or salty either. It’s $24 for the medium and $30 for the large.
