We shared the Pappadelle Seafood ($33) and Sous Vide Baby Chicken ($33) between two of us, using the 1-1 Entertainer deal. 👍🏻 I really liked the seafood stew, flavourful but yet not too rich and thick, with lots of seafood: there were mussels, clams, prawns, crayfish and squid! For meat lovers, the whole baby chicken should be more than sufficiently filling and the sous vide meat itself was also really tender. Although we didn't have any, you can order drinks from the bar there as well!
Surprise find off turf city because the food here is on point. The bread is soft and freshly baked to go with those chunky slices of smoked salmon and perfectly poached eggs and seasoned baby tomatoes. Coffee is good too. Exactly how a brunch should look and taste like. Or more like what i need.

While the beef short ribs encased in the pie crust was reasonably tender and flavoursome, I could only hope to find a piece of crust that wasnt soggy due to the jus below and the mash n green pea puree on top

Added for their citrusy flavour and as a special local ingredient, the ants tasted like herbs (not crispy) with a tangy flavour and bitter aftertaste. If I did a blind test, I would not have guessed that they are ants! And in case you are wondering, these ants are not randomly caught from the wild but bred for culinary purposes.

Impressive, there's quite an intense beef flavour in this. The whole rump is bribed and submerged in Monkey Shoulder whisky for a week, and then dry aged for at least another 2 weeks. This is to develop flavor and break the meat down a little to tenderize it further. Chef Michael said this is his new pride and joy.
