Featuring “Reaping Prosperity’ Deep-fried Australian Fresh Oysters-on-shell with Jinhua Ham infused with Cha-siu. The plate of sticky and caramelized roasted char siu marries the deep-fried Australian oyster. Enjoyed the crispy crust crackling, our mouth is filled with the appetising home-blended vinegar and nostrils fill with the smell of a salty ocean breeze.

Happy Reunion Dinner! Wishing all of you and your family an abundance of health, happiness and FOOD 😋 Thanks for the beautiful rooster year! Let’s cheers to a better dog year! 🐶

As the name suggests, this restaurant revolves 360 degrees in about a dinner sitting of about 1.5-2 hours. Don’t worry, you won’t feel as if you’re rotating and you’ll actually get to see the Harbour, VivoCity, and if you’re lucky, you might even get to catch the fireworks from Sentosa! 😍
Indulge in their popular dishes such as the Bird Nest with Egg Whites, Pen Cai, and Beijing Duck Skin. The most interesting dish award has to go to the Bird Nest with Egg Whites as I’ve never heard of a savoury version of bird nest, and Prima really nailed it.😋 As for their Pen Cai, I loved how they used a soup base instead of the thick starchy ones we always have. This really made consuming Pen Cai less heavy, allowing you to really have countless bowls and not be sick of it.
Finish off with their soufflé dessert - a Chinese take on a donut, with red bean filling. You can choose to have this with sugar, but I felt eating it with the red bean itself was good enough as the red bean had a natural sweetness to it.

We have the 吉祥如意 (S$22.80) in the Extravaganza Menu, a totally cute and Instagram-worthy Fondue Bento set. This bento mainly contains orange, strawberry and chocolate flavoured ice cream. It is paired with Brownies, Vanilla Pound Cakes and fresh fruits, and served alongside a warm Chocolate Fondue and Orange Peach Parfait. This dessert was a burst of refreshing and familiar flavours all at once. The variety of flavours and size makes it great for sharing with friends and family too. We also have the 步步高升 (S$16.80) in the Back to Basics menu. The main star was the Tangy Mandarin Orange ice cream roll on a Belgium Waffle, drizzled with Orange Marmalade sauce. It is served alongside a freshly made Orange Jello Mousse Cake, and a Fortune Cookie to complete the CNY feels. The Orange Jello Mousse Cake was so light and fresh, I could eat more than just one of it! This classy yet unique dessert has got to be my favourite of the 2. .

The Cantonese inspired dressing of soy, ginger and spring onion enhanced the enjoyment of the baked fish and not to overwhelm or mask its taste. It is accompanied with thick and juicy sauteed US asparagus, Hong Kong choy sum, shimejji mushrooms and carrots. .

The set meal S$26.80 (U.P. S$30.70) includes:
- 4 Deli Chinese New Year Dishes: Smoked Duck with Garden Potato Salad, Black Fungus Hijiki Salad, Hot deli dish, Chicken Meatball and Bamboo Shoot Ginger Stew, Baked Salmon Vichyssoise
- Pineapple Coconut Gateau
- 1 Drink
- 16 Grain Rice
.
My favourite dish is definitely the chicken meatball and bamboo shoot ginger stew. The homemade chicken meatballs were tender, filled with flavour in fragrant sesame ginger soy stew. The black fungus hijiko salad was one of the crowd favourites for its crunch and sesame dressing aroma. The baked salmon vichyssoise is paired with creamy potato and leek puree and nutty pommery mustard sauce. Something that I like eating at Muji, the dishes are unique, you don't see them anywhere else 😋. .
Note: The deli dishes are also available for à la carte, starting from S$2.80. .
