The dinner started with a set of the cold platter with turkey ham, smoked duck breast and beef ham. Warm your tummy with pumpkin soup with a hint of fresh herb oil. Choice of your favourite mains; sous-vide tenderloin, oven-baked grouper fillet or grilled whole lobster. I'll definitely go for all-time favourite grilled whole lobster. The grilled whole lobster(+S$25) was served with thermidor sauce, potato pancake, baby spinach and tomatoes 😋. Ended the meal with magical cotton candy. Filled with 2 crabs 🦀 , 15 prawns 🦐 , 500g mussels, 500g clams, served with corn 🌽 , potatoes 🥔 and sausages and your choice for the 2 sides. This is recommended for 4-5 pax. But I feel this is recommended for 3-4 pax instead (because they’re too addictive!). The seafood were fresh and delicious with creamy tom yum. The tom yum sauce was appetising with a hint of spiciness. If you want an extra spicy kick for your seafood, go for the signature chilli kicap sauce. This is something different from the tom yum sauce, you get a tad of sweetness with tons of spiciness 🌶 .

A blend of White Chocolate and Kyoto Matcha oozes out of the Red Velvet flavoured cookie, at the slightest touch of the Apple Crumble Ice Cream. The sweetness of the Red Velvet cookie perfectly balances out the bitterness of the Matcha. The Apple Crumble Ice Cream is hand-made with fresh Apples, Cinnamon and Nutmegs, leaving it not too overly sweet. For Christmasy aesthetics and taste, this is hands down the winner for me.

🍔 If you think those two make the best team when side by side, just wait till you try them together. 160g dry age beef patty was thick and juicy together with the crunch from hash brown. And that’s not all, it is layered with bacon and fried egg. Not the thin bacon but the thick bacon and on a more chewy side. Now, who wants to poke that egg yolk? .

My nephew has pointed his favourite three treasures fortune dishes. Had an enjoyable dinner with my mum, nephew and boyfriend last Thursday. My mum used to cook fried rice and even bake pineapple tarts when I was young - All prepared and cooked from scratch. Time has passed like a blink of an eye, we have all grown up and craving for food made from scratch. Some of the nostalgia food that we have tried; fried rice, diy popiah, braised pork and pineapple tart has recalled all the good old memories - cooking and baking my mum has taught me. One of the Signature Asian flavours is the roasted nyonya turkey with homemade chilli sauce. The turkey is marinated with 7 types of Peranakan spices and impart the flavour of the spices into the meat. And also the laksa that had a rich and flavourful broth that makes you crave for a second serving. A meal is not complete without a dessert. There are over 10 varieties to choose from Pandan crème brulee, cempadak meringue tart, santa red velvet and snow angel vanilla cupcakes, durian puree with vanilla mousse and my favourite New York Chocolate Cheese Cake.
