It is not as hard as you think. I’m using an air fryer to bake the lava cookies. Basically follow the BIY tutorial, set 160-180 degrees for about 6 minutes and you can get cookies with hot lava. Don’t forget to prepare your scoop of icecream while the cookie is baking! Here are some interesting handmade icecream flavours that I like: My Chocolate (less sweet, more toward dark chocolate), Berry Cheesecake (mixed berries with cream cheese), Rum & Cookie Dough and Milo Dinosaur. Have fun over the weekends! 🥳 .

Rachel has chosen fish fillet and homemade dark chocolate brownie. The oversized fish fillet remained crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The brownie is recommended to heat up for a softer and moist texture. She has also ordered tater tots and fries. However, they have turned soggy upon delivery especially the tater tots dressed with lots of sauces on top. .

Up next for Alvin, he has chosen sambal pulled pork and charcoal wings. For burger, The flavour was quite robust and nice, beef chunks were bite sized and tender. Charcoal wings not too bad, peppery and spice level just right, although the sauce was also not seperates, still not bad finger food.

And for Hannah, she has chosen laksa pasta and rose apple pie. WildBlooms gives pasta a local spin through its Laksa Prawn - the spaghetti is served with a generous portion of prawns and a slab of fish otah, drenched in a curry gravy. Since ventured out to Balestier Road in year 2003, their menu offers more than 50 dishes and won many awards along the way. Nothing has changed since then. The restaurant is still managed by the original founders and also their children. My family and I have enjoyed the depth of the rich and flavourful fish head broth with fresh red garoupa. The broth is painstakingly cooked for 5-6 hours in advance with over 30 ingredients. They’re using fine ingredients like dang gui, ti por and more. The salted egg pork ribs are tender tossed in savoury and sweet salted egg sauce. The pork belly is marinated in advance, leaving the meat juicy and tender. Plump and juicy lala stir-fried in spicy and savoury sauce. The sauce is great with rice too! .

The DIY pasta kit comes with frozen handmade tagliatelle and you can choose 6 types of frozen sauces - mushroom cream, mushroom truffle cream, chicken & leek pesto, beef bolognese, seafood marinara, uni lobster (as featured). Initially, I thought just sauce and pasta so I've added shelled scallops on my own but there's more! The uni lobster pasta sauce comes with lobster, truffle and uni infused cream.
