Since ventured out to Balestier Road in year 2003, their menu offers more than 50 dishes and won many awards along the way. Nothing has changed since then. The restaurant is still managed by the original founders and also their children. My family and I have enjoyed the depth of the rich and flavourful fish head broth with fresh red garoupa. The broth is painstakingly cooked for 5-6 hours in advance with over 30 ingredients. They’re using fine ingredients like dang gui, ti por and more. The salted egg pork ribs are tender tossed in savoury and sweet salted egg sauce. The pork belly is marinated in advance, leaving the meat juicy and tender. Plump and juicy lala stir-fried in spicy and savoury sauce. The sauce is great with rice too! .
