The pho is kinda like kway teow, not the authentic viet rice noodles. Itโs rather soft but not soggy. The beancurd roll is not bad, like those you find in zhaimifen. There are some oyster mushrooms as well. Soup is nice, clear and tasty, yet not too salty, served piping hot.
For toppings thereโs basil, coriander, beansprouts, and onions. Overall I liked it, itโs a nice and light on the palate. If you want something with more flavour, the no crab noodles would be a better choice!
My all time favorite here! Very appetizing soup especially after squeezing the lime juice in, tangy & slightly spicy๐ถ There's pineapple, ginger, herbs, mushroom & vegetables. No Crab patty is made from tofu & vegs. Portion of vermicelli is just nice๐๐ป
Throw back to my visit to @thekindbowlsg a plant-based Vietnamese eatery, born in line with the current global effort to โGo Greenโ and the greater awareness of the health benefits. The menu items can be prepared allium-free upon request and the menu is straightforward, you get 5 to 7 main dishes to choose from, along with a few sides and desserts. Staffs are friendly and prices are reasonable. Very authentic Vietnamese taste bursting in every bite. This is one of the tastiest vegan food if not the tastiest.
THE KIND PHO
A simple light-hearted soup served with silky flat rice noodles in a deliciously light, flavourful, sweet and slightly herbaceous broth topped with shredded marinated โno chicken โ seitan, sweet frizzled grilled oyster mushrooms, sprouts, fresh herbs and lime.
I am literally hook from the 1st mouth and this is the best vegan pho I have tried. Just having theumami taste broth and silky flat rice noodles alone is enough for me. Such a simple and comforting dish but with complex flavours! The noodle portion is very generous and worth noting that it doesn't feels oily or heavy. I finish up the whole bowl including the broth as it is so good! ๐คค

SAIGON DELIGHT
Taking the classic Banh Mi to the next level with OMNI Luncheon Meat! A hearty medley of flavours using perfectly grilled OMNI Luncheon, bbq & caramelized soy slice, cold cut Vietnamese ham, homemade walnut mushroom pate, fresh pickles and herbs. The baguette is extremely crispy, airy on the outside and soft inside. To further enhance the dining experience, the Banh Mi is serve with bowl of hot & spicy soup! Totally in for a myriad of textures with this special Saigon Delight Banh Mi that is bursting with flavour

An award-winning dish, this pho is surprisingly flavourful! ๐ฅบ Topped with fragrant herbs and king oyster mushroom, you'd be shocked to find that no meat is used in the preparation of the broth. Instead the broth is cooked with apple and pear, and impressed us tastewise!๐
One of our favourites! The banh mi is filled with tofu egg, walnut pate and banana ham ๐ฅ
Also tried the ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ต ๐ฆ๐๐บ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฅ๐ผ๐น๐น๐ ($๐ฐ.๐ด๐ฌ), which is a light and healthy roll packed with crunchy greens, tofu and mixed herbs wrapped in thin rice paper ๐
