They do a mean Huevos Rancheros at @superlocorqmenu. It's packed with bright, punchy flavours and will satisfy without making you sluggish post-meal. They say you eat with your eyes first, and the purple pickled onion, green guacamole, red salsa roja, and the white and yellow of the sunny side up free-range eggs were a riot of colours that certainly piqued our appetite.
The superlative Super Brekkie Burrito comes crammed with pork chorizo, free-range scrambled eggs, sweet corn, quinoa, refried black beans, pickled onion, hash brown, cheese, chipotle mayo, jalapeño, and guacamole. Amazingly savoury, this beast will sate even the largest of appetites.
It’s Taco Tuesday🌮! The DIY taco platter ($48) comes with 6 soft tortillas, 2 fillings of your choice, pico de galla, slaw, chipotle mayo, pickled red onions, cotija cheese, pickled jalapeño, tomatillo salsa and hot sauce. Basically, you get to assemble your own taco to your own liking!
I love the Tajin Roasted Cauliflower - it is well-seasoned, packed with flavours and goes very well with the tangy cashew lime crema and spiced chickpeas🤤
We also had Cuban Braised Pork, which features citrus braised pulled pork with red mojo sauce and chicharron. The chicharron adds a nice crunch to the pulled pork.
Although the platter is on the pricier side, the tacos are delicious and it is quite a fun experience!

My favourite will be Taco De Concibero and El Pulpo.
💕Taco served with Slipper lobster, slow cooked pork collar, serrano avocado puree, chicharron,nasturtium and red leaf hibiscus.
The pork collar well marinated and tender topped with chunk of slipper lobster, and extra crunhyness from chicharron.

💕Charred octopus tentacles served with compressed cactus fig, frijoles soil, herb ensalada,tomatillo agave crema and ancho oil

Diners can enjoy all of new dishes by paying $65 per person.
Beside comida, they also have 4 new cocktails. My favourite will be Thai Lime Tommy's Margarita.
Its refreshing, not too sweet and have after taste of heat.

Tortillas filled with goodness, folded and toasted! We can’t leave a Mexican restaurant without ordering quesadillas! Great for sharing!
