Finally get to try their delicious porridge. I ordered the pork meat with ceuntry egg ($5.50) and is amazing. There is no need to add additional pepper and soya sauce and it is flavourful enough.

Only downside is that the youtiao is not provided which I was hopping there is even if a bit

Yums! The porridge was of a nice consistency, smooth and not too thick and goopy, yet also not watery. The meatballs were also seasoned so it was very flavourful. Youtiao was crisp! Satisfied and would definitely be back despite the 20 min wait.

Century Egg & Mix Pig’s Organ Porridge 皮蛋猪什粥 (S$6)
Available at @sinhengkeeporridge
Packed with chopped century egg, cuttlefish, pig’s liver slices, pig’s intestines, meatballs and sliced pork. Topped with chopped spring onion and deep fried shallots.
The meatballs were kind of over seasoned.

One huge bowl with some premium ingredients such as Hokkaido scallop, sliced abalone and 2 huge tiger prawns. Prawns was sweet, plump and juicy. Loving the porridge here!

Xiao bai cai dipped in hot water and served in oyster sauce with loads of addictive fried shallots and garlic bits.
