I felt that their noodle ($6.50) included onsen egg was slightly hard to chew tbh but their soup broth is not bad and quite not that heavy taste for anchovies. Preferred their dry over wet version tbh if I will be going bck to order ban mee or mee hoon.

Banmian was al dente and chewy! It’s very nice. There's mani cai which I love, a lot of minced meat, shallots and crunchy ikan bilis, plus an onsen egg with a runny yolk that I added on for $1. The dark sauce could do with more depth but I'm alright with it, sometimes there isn’t a need for so much flavour in the sauce. The important thing for me is the texture of the noodles, which is satisfying. I like that it isn't too lardy so it's not too heavy.

Ordered Dry You Mian ($5.50) + add-on Onsen Egg ($1) you mian got dent and chewy enough like really don't feel hard to chew thru but I felt that their ingredients a bit less for big eater and u can topup with their dumplings if u don't feel full.

Very chewy noodles, fragrant minced meat, and light crispy ikan billis. The soup was ikan billis base and tasted light and naturally sweet. Downside was that no eggs were provided.

May look messy, but this bowl of handmade noodles ($5.50, +$1 for onsen egg) is really slurp worthy. With the chewy noodles all drenched in some kind of soy sauce and pepper based sauce, I found myself quite addicted to the noodles! The minced meat and ikan billis portions are also quite substantial.

The soup base given at the side was unlike any other handmade noodle shops I've been too. It was not that much savoury, and more of the umami flavours coming from boiling anchovies.

Definitely a meal I will consider when I'm around the area!

love the abundance of minced meat and mani cai for both versions! and be warned, the chilli packs a punch but it is so shiok. the texture of the noodles was qq however I find the soup just alright. the minced meat though, was well seasoned and the flavours were robust. overall, a decent bowl of ban mian to try if you are in the area.
