A mixture of linguine, prawns, clams and squid cooked in aglio olio style. This is much lighter in flavour as compared to their tomato-based pasta. It was a little salty towards the end and I prefer it to have more garlic fragrance and some spicy kick 》$7.50
The linguine was cooked firm to the bite with crunchy prawns, clams and squid tossed in spicy tomato sauce. It has a strong tomato base that was not as spicy as I thought. It may be a good option for kids or those who have a lower tolerance for spicy food 》$7.50
Delicious al dente pasta at pocket friendly prices! Seafood is fresh and the linguine has an amazing bite to it. Pasta is flavourful and well seasoned. Always love pairing it with an onsen egg and opting for smoked salmon as an add-on if I feel like it. (The result is a very protein-packed pasta yums)

Pleasant surprise for a Kopitiam stall! Not too spicy but has a nice kick.
Checked out Pasta Times, a stall dedicated to serving pasta at Kopitiam Square in Sengkang.
Opted for this for Basil is quite a rare ingredient in pasta — while the Basil didn't really pull off entirely considering there isn't much Basil in the first place, the pasta turned out to be one of the better Aglio Olio served in a coffeeshop. The pasta was al-dente, tossed in the right amount of olive oil for that slurpy texture alongside with garlicky flavours spiked with a fiery kick from the chili padi that is included. Even the slices of chicken were out there to impressed; the meat being shaved thinly yet tender and carried enough bite — very simple in flavour.
