Two Cranes is another cafe to check out in Kovan with its Korean fusion dishes. Complete your brunch with Korean style beef bourguinon and poached eggs on toast, with crispy japchae (Korean glass noodles!) filled dumplings.

Quinoa long grain rice dressed with sesame, broccoli mushrooms, pumpkins and mesclun. Weekdays only! 😄

An ice shaken drink that pairs the floral notes of earl grey with intense dark chocolate. Served with cotton candy balls that are meant to be dissolved in the drink.

So much savory goodness from the mix of fruit and vegetable slices evenly coated with dark prawn paste sauce and crushed peanuts.

Their charcoal grilled milk loaves are the highlight of this dish which adds a hint of sweet to the mainly savoury scrambled egg and pork cutlet wedged between it. The black tea was a tad on the sweet side for me, but definitely steeped with tea flavour. Would return to try their special pork patty (which sold out) and if the queue isn’t crazy long.

Vanilla choc chip ice blended served with a waffle crisp. Reminds me of those traditional cookies and cream ice cream flavour.
