ambience was really nice and the staff were super accommodating, and explained each dish so well!
i personally think a lot of thought was put into each dish, which reflected in the quality of the dish. this applies to the drinks as well which were seasonal, and very contextualised to local tastes. some even paid homage to local dishes.
personally would recommend the dry aged kingfish loin, tiger prawns and salmon tatare.
good to visit for a special occasion!
I was craving something different from the usual restaurant fare, and this place delivered a unique culinary experience. You can see the experimentation in the menu, and I highly recommend it. Be sure to try the Salmon Tartare and Hae Bee Hiam Burrata!
Salmon Tartare with Squid Ink Cracker
This spicy, umami-rich salmon was vibrant and refreshing—a perfect starter for two. It's an absolute must-try!
Whisker Sour
During their cat/neko-themed week, I couldn't resist the Whisker Sour, a playful twist on the classic whiskey sour. The unexpected addition of bonito flakes created a surprisingly enjoyable flavor blend, making this cocktail a fun choice!
Amazing place, came here for dinner on a Wednesday evening. Love the open kitchen concept, and enjoyed observing the staff going about prepping meals. Service was fantastic, and the staff were very attentive. Had the full course meal, and the food was delicious. Especially loved the dry aged kingfish!
Overall I highly recommend this place 👍
The Kingfish was really fresh, and complements really well with the Green Goddess sauce that was served. Not only that, the atmosphere was really soothing and the service staff were really hospitable. The oyster was really fresh as an appetizer.
Tender fish slices coupled with green goddess secret sauce. It's like eating an A5 wagyu of the sea.
Had the 8 course set dinner on a wednesday evening 7pm, and the place was not too crowded. While every course was great, the highlight of the night was definitely the "16 days dry aged kingfish loin
". One portion was served with just salt, while the other portion with "green goddess" sauce (cant remember what was in it but it tasted amazing) topped with fried kailan which looked and tasted like seaweed, so we could try both flavors. The texture and taste was truly worth it. Staff were very attentive, and we sat at the counter where we could see the chefs prepare some of the meals, which was interesting to watch. Thanks for the premium experience, would recommend!
