Another friend's dish. He like it a lot and was happy with the portion of pork belly given. The cream didn't seem to be jelat cos he finished the entire plate! Good for the price:)
This was my friend's dish. I took a bite but can't remember the taste anymore oops:P the black mush is actually mashed potatoes! Unlike the one that came with the Red Wine Coq Au Vin, this one just tasted like the ordinary mashed potatoes. Anyway, my friend enjoyed this dish very much. He doesn't usually take photos of his food, but he made an exception for this one! Everyone in our group of 4 agreed that OBG is warrants a return!
Pressure cooked poulet with red wine sauce. What a bright dish! The pink and green thing you see is actually mashed potatoes! The pink part had a subtle taste of berries which surprisingly works really well with potato. The green part had an herby taste, i think basil? Chicken was great, very tender. When i finished the dish, the bones were clean heh.
Aglio olio that didnt just come with garlic and oil. As you can see, they added quite a few other ingredients like cherry tomatoes, asparagus, and basil (?? Not sure!) leaves. It was a bit wet, like the oil got mixed with some water (probably juice/moisture from the other ingredients). Needless to say it didnt taste authentic but i finished it all anyway!
Comes with cheddar, bacon, egg, and caramelized onions. Everything I like in a burger! Came with crispy wedges too. U.P. is only $20 nett, imagine how much of steal this was with The Entertainer!!
The bak kwa risotto was pretty interesting though I'm not sure if it's good or not but the Kong ba (pork belly) burger definitely did win me over.
Ordered a tad bit too much fries here though.
