Filled with seng kuang I think. The chilli was a good accompaniment.

I’m not the biggest fan of char siew (caramelised pork belly) and siu yok (roasted pork) but I would gladly it them here at Toast and Roast. Not cheap though!

Super sweet and crispy on the exterior and melt in your mouth fatty and meaty goodness. The roasted pork was lean and flavorful but the skin wasn’t that crispy. The hakka noodles with generous servings of lard is so springy and a tad oily! Loved it so much, paired with the warm bowl of soup and roasted chicken that was so tender and succulent!

My comfort food and I prefer the texture of thin noodles. Love it when you can adjust the spicness level to your desire. Suitable to come with children as they’ve a variety of Pan Mees.
