stracciatella, mortadella, pistachio pesto, pistachio powder
Simply chefβs kiss. Please give this dish a try when you visit Milano Pizza Bar.
Warmly toasted sourdough pizza paired with ham and cheesy burrata topped with pistachio bits ~ In essence, a crisp savoury and flavourful dish.
Highly recommend to eat with your hands for maximal π― enjoyment
Great pasta and pizza! Really liked how good the handmade pasta is. We were practically licking the garlic tomato base clean off the plate.
And the pizza crust was just amazing - they didnβt skim on the spiced honey toppings too!
What made the food even better was their home made spice! So in love with the seasoning we practically sprinkled them to cover the entire surface.
Service was excellent and loved how attentive and nice the servers were. Would be back to try more pasta and pizza!
The mortadella and burrata pizza from @milanopizzasg was the highlight of the meal! The exterior was very crisp while the inside remained really moist and soft. The burrata cheese was creamy and mellowed out the dish so it wasnβt too jelat.
Tiramisu Pie ($16++)
I tried this before the lemon meringue, and I really liked the tiramisu flavour! But this really took the backseat once I had the lemon meringue pie.
The pie here was quite dry and didn't have much flavour - wouldn't mind to remove the pie entirely, and just serve tiramisu π.

Amalfi Lemon Meringue Pie ($16++)
This was good! The lemon was surprisingly not really tangy, and the pie was of the flaky kind with layers similar to millefeuille. Overall paired with the basil cream, this was q a delight to have.
