We did a pick up at Orchid Hotel: Tonkatsu, gyoza, shoyu chasu ramen and chasu tsukemen.
We find the shoyu broth too salty for our liking. The sides were pretty good with the Tonkatsu being outstanding since it's a ramen place and not a tonktasu specialty Restaurant.
The tsukemen noodles felt like they could be easily found in Singaporean hawker stalls. They are too customised to local preference unfortunately and not really authentic.
Miso based Hokkaido ramen. Yellow springy noodles went well with the soup base. Wasn't overly salty, and the hot broth seriously warmed the soul
Popular for their miso ramen, featured a milky taste of soup with the ramen and char siew

Super crunchy and juicy pork tonkotsu, a perfect addon to your meal. It also comes together with sweet sauce.
Quite a huge portion of salad top with a significant amount of crabmeat, though is “fake” crabmeat. Drizzled with a good amount of sesame dressing that enhances the dish with sense of smell.
Decent bowl of ramen that was flavourful
Noodles were al dente
Service was good.
About 20$ in li gst a bit on the pricey side
