Star of the show was definitely the Wagyu steak. Thick cuts and juicy bites cooked to the perfect medium rare. Was recommended the brocollini to pair and was pleasantly surprised, the pairing was really well executed. Cant wait to try more of their menu!

Had a great dinner at Meadesmoore and I totally get the hype!

A nice, cosy space located at Telok Ayer, they offer really good steaks and sides (had the broccolini) to pair. Really enjoyed the red wine sauce paired with the steak. At the end of the night, also had some tiramisu. Which I absolutely loved. Definitely would recommend!

Nice cosy vibes serving some of the best steaks in Singapore right now.
Go for the chilli crusted bone marrow, any of their 2GR wagyu steaks with grilled brocollini, and tiramisu to finish things off!

Roasted bone marrow topped with chilli crust sauce. Never tried bone marrow this way before and it surprised me how good it is. Really enjoyed the caramelised flavour with melting fats in the bone marrow

Chanced upon Meadesmoore and had a delightful meal. The crispy pork crackling was light and perfectly crispy, while the 35 day dry aged ribeye was really render, savoury, and cooked to perfection with beautiful char. Topped off with a lovely tiramisu (please try!), it was a great dining experience with warm ambience and attentive staff - highly recommended.

The ribeye steak was a standout, grilled to a perfect sear and juicy tenderness, the pork crackling provided a satisfying crunch with a savory depth, a perfect pairing with the tomato salsa provided by the side.

The Bibb lettuce salad was refreshingly crisp and light, and finally for dessert, the tiramisu was moist and delivered a well-balanced blend of sweetness and espresso with hints of rum.

Highly recommended for date night or small gatherings!
