I enjoyed my dinner at Market Bistro last week. Wagyu burger royale was juicy and packed with flavour.
Ordered the recommended fried baby squid, which was crispy and delicious with the spicy sauce.
I also had their $18 for 3 wine promo.
I had a great dinner at Market Bistro. I ordered the mid-well ribeye steak, which was tender and full of flavour, along with the wagyu burger royale, which I enjoyed for its juiciness.
The friendly staff recommended the fried baby squid, and I’m glad they did. It was crispy and tasty, especially with the dipping sauce. I rounded off the meal with a rich and satisfying chocolate brownie.
I also took advantage of their wine promo—three glasses for $18. The red, white, and moscato were all excellent choices that paired nicely with my food. Overall, it was a lovely dining experience.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Market Bistro, a cozy spot that combines a laid-back atmosphere with an impressive menu. My meal was a delightful journey through flavors, featuring prawns, beef, calamari, and a decadent chocolate pie for dessert.
The prawns were a standout dish. Perfectly grilled, they were succulent and bursting with flavor. The seasoning was spot on, giving a nice balance of spice without overpowering the natural sweetness of the seafood. They were served with a creamy pasta sauce that elevated the dish even further.
Next up was the beef, cooked to a perfect medium-rare. Each bite was tender and juicy, showcasing the quality of the meat. It was accompanied by a rich red wine sauce that added depth to the dish, making it incredibly satisfying.
The calamari was another highlight. Lightly battered and fried to golden perfection, they were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Served with a spicy sauce, the dish was both comforting and refreshing. It’s the kind of appetizer you could easily make a meal of!
Finally, I indulged in the chocolate pie, and it was the perfect ending to the meal. Rich and cream, every bite was pure bliss. The presentation was lovely, garnished with a dollop of ice cream that added a nice touch.
Overall, Market Bistro impressed me with its vibrant flavors and relaxed vibe. The attentive service only added to the experience. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu!

Market Bistro offers a satisfying dining experience with a well-balanced menu. The fried brussel sprouts made for a delightful starter, crispy with a bold sweet sauce that elevated the flavors. The Irish duck confit was tender and flavorful, paired unexpectedly well with the mashed sweet potato, adding a nice touch to the dish.
The grass-fed striploin was well-cooked and enjoyable, particularly at its price point. We ended with the chocolate brownie, rich and dense, perfect for those craving an indulgent dessert. Overall, the meal was pleasantly balanced, and Market Bistro proved to be a great find at MBFC. Drinks were wallet-friendly, with two beers at 10.50++, and the spacious dining environment was cozy and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience.
I was impressed by the whole dining experience from the start till end.
Starting with the Fried Brussels Sprouts drizzled with honey soy caramel, excellent for someone with a slight sweet tooth.
For the mains, we had the Grassfed Striploin, not only was the beef was well-seasoned, the pairing with wine sauce was simply chef's kiss. Additionally we also had the Irish Duck Confit which was rich in flavor together with the sweet potato mash was a great balance.
To finish, the Fudgy Brownie was decadently rich, paired perfectly with vanilla ice cream and a generous sprinkle of hazelnut and caramel popcorn. Overall, it was such a delightful experience and I can’t wait to return and try the other dishes!
