Carbonara done the classic way – creamless but cheesy, with raw egg yolk to thicken the sauce. Not bad, especially when it's only $10 during lunchtime.
This contained ham, mushrooms and truffle oil. The smell of the truffle was amazing!
Fusion food at its best - linguine tossed with prawns, dry beancurd, straw mushroom, ginger flower, laksa leaves and laksa sauce. To me, the addition of laksa leaves is a clear winner 'cos it instantly adds flavour! Prawns were big and juicy and the taupok was a nice addition :) loved this!
