Never though a warm plate of aglio olio could leave me begging for more. Chris is an amazing chef and he makes even the most normal of pasta so so outstanding. Major props for his excellent service and dedication to making good food. Will def be back for more!!!
This contained ham, mushrooms and truffle oil. The smell of the truffle was amazing!
Fusion food at its best - linguine tossed with prawns, dry beancurd, straw mushroom, ginger flower, laksa leaves and laksa sauce. To me, the addition of laksa leaves is a clear winner 'cos it instantly adds flavour! Prawns were big and juicy and the taupok was a nice addition :) loved this!
This dish consists of spahetti tossed in prawn, cherry tomato, straw mushroom, lime, cilantro and tom yum sauce. Portion was pretty reasonable for one person and priced at $14 nett! I found it a tad bit too salty because the tom yum flavour was overpowering and tasted almost like MSG. Nevertheless, its spicyness and generous amount of ingredients made up for it. Prawns were fresh and fairly big & mushrooms were juicy.
