Sound very exotic. The chef wrapped the prawn paste around the sugar crane and fried them. Bringing some of sweetness in the sugar crane into the prawn.
Good place to chill out with a nice cold beer, enjoying the night view of Clarke Quay. Roasted Pork Rib, fried frog leg and bamboo prawn

Dinner while seated next to the river. Watched the boats and people. Tried the Banh mi bo, which was sauteed beef sandwich, onion, chicken pate, chicken ham and vegetables. .
