Huge fresh prawns cloaked in pure salted egg goodness! While the sauce is not the creamy sort you can douse over rice, it sure packs an intense punch of flavours. 👅💦
Note that the shells are left on, which can be a plus (more sweet juices and flavours from the prawn!) for some or not (peeling shells) for others.

Wife ate this - and her comments areeeee * drum row *

Good blend of smokiness in the salmon, the crunchiness of the sour dough , the spinach and zesty-ness of the yuzu balances the whole dish. Good 👌

How is it that a restaurant can house five different dining concepts? I was literally overwhelmed by the menu and spoilt for choice. I tried the Wagyu Roast Beef Don ($18.80) which was visually stunning with thin slices of warm pinkish beef over a bowl of fluffy Japanese rice. Do the honours of mixing in the onsen egg and creamy sauce as they only make the beef rice bowl tastes extra delicious. 😋

Squid ink paella: robust flavours, sweet clams and tiny octopus bits that added a bit of bite 👍

Gambas al ajillo: fresh crunchy prawns, flavourful garlicky sauce = another winner 😋

Grilled octopus with fried potatoes side: octopus had a good bite without being too tough - but it wasn't the best Octopus I had, which was more tender.

Grilled iberico pork: tender but parts of it was a tad too salty.

Fuji Nabe may looks incredibly unassuming.. but it is so good leh! The tender beef was laid around a tower of beansprouts and cabbage in a super comforting and hearty pork broth. We ordered the udon to eat with this. This is recommended. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I find the dry noodle options here to be a lot more noteworthy than their soup-based counterparts. The crowd favourite Mentaiko Ramen ($17) is a must-order, featuring thin Hakata-style noodles, tender seared char siu slices and an egg (not the best I've had, but it's got a good gooey amber-hued yolk!!), topped with spring onion, seaweed and a large blob of mentaiko.

It's a self-explanatory bowl of dry ramen, with a minimal selection of ingredients, but hey, that's when the rich and salty mentaiko can really shine.

A very decent and comforting bowl of Korean ramen that comes with veggies, seaweed and shredded chicken. Tastes like Korean instant noodle packet, but theirs was more flavorful due to egg flower (蛋花) in the soup. (S$5.50).

Yummy! Not too oily or spicy. Food arrived fast. But staff service isn't fantastic, they were short-handed. Worth if for burpple beyond.

A Chef’s recommended dish, most commonly known as mentaiko pasta.
The pool of sauce was rich and creamy, without being overly jelak. After giving the pasta a good mix, I love how the tobiko (Flying Fish Roe) provided that extra crunch for every mouthful.

Available in single or double portion so you and your friends can still order other signature dishes like their pancakes or stews to share!

We had the Keu Ppong-Cream ($17.80) and Cha Ppong ($15.80) and they were both so good! Their noodles are springy and chewy plus the cream and spicy broth were rich too. Both flavours complemented each other very well bringing a good balance and we enjoyed both together.
