Brasied pork belly with gooey fatty fats and smooth skin in savoury fermented soy bean gravy. Meat was tender and chewy. Sauce was tasty but kinda oily and a little salty. Well, I guess the more sinful it is, the better it will be right.😅

Braised chicken with Buah Keluak nuts in heavy tamarind gravy. Meat is normal. Gravy is good with a hint of spiciness. The black and oily nuts has an unique acquired taste. Either you like it or you don't.

Big marinated prawns stir fried in sweet tamarind. Love the sweet tangy taste from it and how fresh and big the prawns were.

Stink beans stir fried in tangy sambal. Bean was strong, bitter and gassy. Sambal taste so good. Overall, delicious! Fam love it.
