I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place that offer good service and an interesting gastronomic experience. Ingleside’s dishes are truly innovative and interesting with the way they prepare their dishes and I’m very impressed and amazed by their preparation method and ingredient choices. Not forgetting its immersing and ambient atmosphere.

I had the pleasure of dining at The Ingleside Experience, and I must say, the service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were attentive without being overbearing, and each dish was presented with care and detailed explanations that enhanced the dining experience.

I began with the Cured Mackerel, which was beautifully charred with a perfect balance of heat from the red hot coals and a subtle yet flavorful jalapeño dressing. The accompanying crustacean oil added a rich, briny depth that elevated the dish.

The Maitake & Pork was another highlight, with the split pea miso glaze and crispy kale providing both texture and umami. The pork cheek was tender, and the shiokoji sauce tied everything together with a savory finish.

For my main course, I had the Atlantic Octopus, which was tender and smoky, complemented by a flavorful black garlic aioli and herb aioli. The fennel added a nice charred touch that brought a delightful contrast of textures.

The Hungarian Duck Breast was perhaps the star of the night. As I chewed, the flavors developed beautifully, becoming more pronounced with each bite. There was no gaminess at all, and the pickled gooseberry provided a bright, tart counterpoint to the richness of the meat. The parsnip purée was velvety and herb salad added freshness that rounded out the dish.

For dessert, I had both the Smoked Chocolate Brownie and the Deconstructed Lemon Meringue Tart. The brownie was a wonderful combination of deep chocolate flavor paired with the light, airy coconut foam, which added an unexpected tropical note. The tart, on the other hand, was refreshing, with the yuzu granita and lavender lemon curd adding complexity without being overwhelming.

The ambiance of the restaurant is perfect for special occasions, whether it’s a date night, an anniversary, or a birthday celebration. The setting is intimate yet elegant, creating an atmosphere that makes any evening feel like a special event.

Overall, every dish was well-executed, and the experience was memorable. I would highly recommend The Ingleside Experience for anyone looking for an elevated dining experience.

Restaurant specialise in dry Aging process.. we had the set lunch and I love the appetiser and Atlantic octopus! Service is great as well!

Great ambience, great food.

Their heirloom tomatoes paired with jamón serrano, the fermented tomatoes bring out a vibrant taste that complements the savory ham perfectly, making for an great entrée.

The highlight of the meal is the Black Angus short ribs. The meat is so tender it practically melts off the bone, making each bite a delight. .

To conclude, the smoked chocolate brownie is an unmissable dessert. The coconut foam and roasted pineapple adds a refreshing touch, and the brownie itself finds a beautiful balance between savory and sweet, making it the perfect end to a fantastic dining experience.

10 stars for the service! The server was very polite and attentive and explained the menu in great detail to us. The menu was well priced for the portion and the food served was not compromised in quality for the price.
I had the lunch set meal with Charred Asparagus and Smoked Duck Leg.
The crab together with prawn oil and salmon roe complemented perfectly with the asparagus. The duck leg was fragrantly smoked and the meat was tender.
Ended off with the Brownie and it was pleasantly different and yummy as it’s served with coconut foam instead of the usual vanilla ice cream.
Would bring someone special here next time to try the dinner!

had a delightful lunch at Ingleside with my partner! we had the oyster and mushroom for our entree, and the wagyu picanha and smoked hungarian duck leg for mains - and they were all top-notch. loved the little notes of smoky, earthy flavour which made for a truly unique dining experience. staff are also approachable and friendly, not to mention knowledgeable about their food and cooking process. bread is served at the start of the meal, and do take note that water is chargeable if you are more on the particular side!
