Hopscotch (Capitol Singapore)

My partner and I had the pleasure of dining at Hopscotch (Capitol), and it was a truly enjoyable experience. We started our meal with fresh oysters, followed by the rich and flavorful beef bourguignon and the tantalizing chilli lobster mafaldine pasta. Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor.
To complement our meal, we ordered two of their signature cocktails: the "Curtain Call" and the "Wish Upon a Lantern." Both were not only delicious but also incredibly interesting and interactive, adding a fun and unique element to our dining experience.
Overall, our visit to Hopscotch (Capitol) was fantastic. The combination of delicious food, creative cocktails, and a vibrant atmosphere makes it a must-try for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. We highly recommend it!

The steak was one of the best I have ever had - the brussel sprouts were crisp and the mashed potato was so well seasoned. Service by the staff was great as they explained the cocktails and taught us how to enjoy it. The food was also served quickly. Overall, would come back again for the steak & the specialty cocktails 🍸

I had an amazing meal featuring bold flavors and creative cocktails!
1. Duck Confit: Crispy skin, tender meat, and rich, well-balanced seasoning—absolutely delicious.
2. Steak with Brussels Sprouts, Cherry Tomatoes, and Onion Sauce: Juicy steak paired perfectly with the veggies and a sweet-savory onion sauce.
3. Local-Inspired Cocktails: The kaya toast with yam ice cream and rum was nostalgic yet indulgent, while the waffle-topped whipped cream rum mix felt like dessert in a glass.

Highly recommend for those who enjoy inventive and flavorful dining experiences!

Ordered the chili lobster pasta. Taste was unique and flavourful - similar to chili crab sauce! A must try for foreigners and locals alike!
