The portion is huge actually with generous amount of ingredients inside. You can expect Stewed Pork, Tomato Sauce, Black Olive, Spring Bacon Succotash and Mozzarella Cheese all in one bowl. $12.90
Red wine braised chicken with some vegetables and roasted mushrooms. This dish has a rather hearty portion, filled with packs of flavours. It also comes with a choice of mashed potato or baguette as a side, and a bowl of soup.
Pan Fried Foie Gras served on Toasted Brioche, Dried Fruits, Walnuts and Petit Salad at $17.90
So decadent! I enjoyed the slightly crisp edge and the creamy centre of the liver, with the salad serving as a fresh accompaniment

Essentially a gorgeously smooth, decadent block of rich livery-flavoured butter. Slightly firm in texture but melts like magic in your mouth. The salad & fruit jam by the side acts as sweet refreshing complements to the umami flavour so it doesn't get overwhelming. Ultimately a classic guilty pleasure I eat only a couple of times a year & @garcons.sg is certainly generous to serve this luxury up at an affordable price.

Other drool-worthy sounding dishes also include Foie Gras Poutine ($16.90) & Baked Oyster Rockefeller ($21.5/6pcs), have not tried them but they're on my list.

After all the hype, I definitely wanted to try this. The meat was melt in the mouth and the balsamic vinegar was divine, but the skin was not crackling. Certain parts were just hard while others were gelatinous. I was very sad. At $16.90, I'm not sure if I shd give this another chance.
