Feature their sio bak, crispy skin with tender meat. Very decent plate of siobak.
đź“ŤFu shi traditional roasted.
Marsiling mall hawker centre , #01-01/02
Was pleasantly surprised! The noodles were tossed in a light soya sauce + sesame oil mix, which I enjoyed. The charsiew was good too, caramelised well with fatty and lean parts. An above average place for wanton mee - similar to feifei at yuhua but feifei still takes the spot. It was still good though, my lunch buddy even ordered another place of charsiew roasted pork rice which was nice as well.
Fushi Traditional Roasted does their roasted pork & char siew so well! The skin of the roasted park is so crispy, the meat of char siew and roasted pig are so tender. For $4.50, this is totally worth it! ❤
This famous roasted meat stall was actually previously from Shunfu Mart.
They have since moved to Marsiling Mall to serve the North people. Facing the entrance of the hawker centre, you couldn’t miss them as they took two lots of the hawker centre.
If this is your first time here, you must try their wanton noodle first.
The Char Siew really juicy and delicious. The only thing I don't like was the sauce which taste really sweet for me. $3.50
Fu Shi is one of the hyped stalls at Marsiling Mall for their roast meats. Unlike other wanton mee stalls, their charsiew comes in thick cuts. There is a nice chew to it but the glaze was on the mild side for me and I wish they charred it a little more. A decent plate of wanton mee but probably not one I will make the drive specially up north for.
