An interesting burger with lots of toppings. However, was kinda disappointing. The pork jowl and pork belly was too fatty, and the Sambal Mayo wasn’t that spicy and slightly gelat. Chilli fries were good though, and big portion!

This dish is really fragrant and so interesting! It’s pad thai but replaced with sweet potato fries. Actually, it tastes really good and flavorful! Just that, my personal preference is for crispy fries. For this dish, the fries become soft quickly due to mixing with the sauce. Still recommend to give it a try!

The meat for this dish is tender. Overall, a pleasant fish. The taste is light but you can definitely taste the sriracha and lemongrass. Somehow, the combination didn’t go that well for me, as it felt gelat after 2 pieces. Maybe need to be more spicy?

This dish is so amazing! The combination of ricotta cheese with truffle honey, goes so well with toasted bread. Super addictive, sweet & savory. I feel like I could eat the entire plate as my main dish.

For all of us metric-educated ones, that's a 340 g slab of juicy medium-rare meat right there. The steak had perfect texture and a thick cross section of maroon flesh. Unfortunately, around 10% of my cut of beef was inedible gristle but my dining partner didn't face the same problem.
As for the side dishes, the bone marrow jus was pretty rich and the goat cheese and marscapone polenta was chunky and creamy.
"Ricotta cheese? I can get that in supermarkets for like 4 bucks," the auntie in me called out. But she was quickly smothered in a gratuitous daubing of truffle honey and thick cheese.
Not only does this pure ambrosia perform a perfect marriage of sweet and creamy, it also has playful morsels of salt that tickled my tastebuds when I least expected it.
Trust me when I say it's worth it to get a second helping of that deliciously grilled bread to scrape up every last drop of the cheese (+$6).
