[CLOSED] Burp Kitchen & Bar (Tanjong Katong)

Taking it up a notch from the conventional Mexican food truck-style taco, the Beef Bulgogi Taco sees adopts Korean flavors and even comes topped with a spicy, tangy kimchi mayonnaise. The elements of sweet, spicy and meaty all intermingle nicely making for one heck of a solid taco.

Other taco options that were pretty good too include the Pork Carnitas ($12++) & Citrus & Miso Tofu ($10++). The vegetarian latter might sound unappealing but on the contrary, the flavors on there are EXPLOSIVE (in a very good way).

One burger that you definitely can’t go wrong at Burp! Consisting of a thick juicy beef patty and plenty of cheese, it’s one that’s a delight to chew on!

My favourite is their Cajun Chicken Tacos which comes with grilled chicken, lettuce, salsa fresca and drizzled of spicy mayo sauce. It comes with soft flour tortillas, corn chip and nacho chips too! Yummy 😋

An Interesting dish is their Smoked Duck Poppers which is sliced smoked duck, cheddar, mozzeralla, spicy mayo wrapped in fried wanton. I expected the meat to be dried after frying yet it was juicy and a gastronomic experience!

Note: Sliced brioche, smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, avocado, sour cream, mixed greens. Deliciously good! 😋
