This was pretty good, the mushrooms and risotto were full of savouriness and depth.
This is supposed to be main for 1 and even though it's 1kg, 1 person might potentially finish this.
The meat is about 400g I guess? Quite a good portion for sharing, it's extremely tender and well cooked. There's a bit of crisp in the exterior and quite fatty. Probably gets abit jelak for 1 person. A safe choice, nothing out of the blue and not extraordinarily flavourful or juicy, but good at this price
The squid didn't have the best texture, it wasn't rubbery but it's abit hard. The risotto in this didn't impress either, it's average.
The price is well deserved. A whole chunk of lobster meat, as well as a thick lobster bisque. Probably the most legit lobster bisque I've had, can tell from the deep orange almost brown colour
They flambe it before pouring on the soup, for those who love theatrics. Plus u get to see the ingredients. One generous lobster tail, 2 prawns and 2 scallops
