Beef duo - dry aged ribeye and braised beef cheek with mashed potato.
Skin wasn't very crispy esp since it was drizzled with the chicken jus. The chicken was also lightly seasoned but all was well because of the incredible chicken jus. Chicken bones are low cooked over 2 days with roasted garlic before being reduced, resulting in a superbly umami jus that makes any chicken palatable. The gratin was also q lovely, being rather creamy and well seasoned on top but it could get heavy. While the salad is slightly bitter, the celery leaves were a nice touch
They even ask u if u want another serving once you're done with the first lol. Very crunchy crust!
