Decided to try regular BYO Poke Bowl ($15.50). I chose signature sushi rice as base; chose japanese cucumbers, honey pineapple, wakame seaweed, carrot, sweet corn, cajun rosemary sweet potato mash (taste like sweet potato), kimchi (extra charge - $1.50) as topping; chose sous vide dashi chicken (taste quite bland) and original shoyu salmon (taste quite salty) as byo poke bowl: chose garlic granules; furikake; tobiko as garnishes. I felt that it's quite full and bloated tbh and got different taste for different ingredients mixed into byo poke bowl.

With CNY ๐ฎ just around the corner, you know youโll be hearing your neighbours shout HUAT AH ๐ฅณ๐ as they lou hei! This year, poke theory is back again with their ๐๐ค๐ ๐ ๐๐ช๐จ๐๐๐ฃ๐. It is a modern take on yusheng comprising super duper fresh veggies (you could really taste the freshness!), mandarin oranges, nuts, crispy salmon skin, and of course their SALMON ๐๐!! which comes in original shoyu and spicy mayo. We have to rave about their salmon here ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธboy there was SO MUCH salmon, itโs the very first time we can say that there was salmon in every bite that we took!
.
๐๐ค๐ ๐ ๐๐ช๐จ๐๐๐ฃ๐ comes nicely pre-arranged with the condiments ๐ฅบ(sesame seeds, olive oil, cinnamon powder, 5-spice, plum sauce) packed separately. In addition, spend a minimum of $30 at any poke theory outlet and walk away with their limited edition angbao packets! ๐งง๐งง
.Their yusheng comes in 3 different sizes S, M, L. The one we got was in Size L which can feed up to 12 people ! @poketheorysg yusheng is available on their website at www.poketheory.com.sg from 9 Jan to 5 Feb (orders to be placed 1 day in adv!!)
.
Thereโs confirm gonna be enough salmon to go around ๐ So donโt wait and place your orders rn!!
10/10!
Forever my go-to meal for smth light yet filling! I usually order the regular bowl ($14.50). U can choose a base 6 toppings and a combination of 2 sides. I always go for a romaine lettuce base with cucumber, cherry tomatoes and loootssss of Wakame seaweed, topped with shout salmon. Poke theory never fails to hit the spot ๐คฉ
Pretty delish, felt healthy, but expensive for a daily (or even weekly) meal. Umami sauce was basically Soya sauce, wouldn't recc.
liked that their acai wasnโt too sweet! almond butter was yummy too :))
The acai was quite nice, and wasnโt icy. It came with banana, pink dragonfruit, pomegranate, kiwi, smoked almonds, maple granola, cacao nibs, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut chia pudding, and coconut chocolate. Thought this was a p nice acai bowl, I especially liked the addition of pomegranate bc itโs quite rare for acai places to add this. Would get their acai bowls when Iโm hankering for a refreshing lunch!
