Snacks / Boba
Decent amount of taro paste giving the milk tea a very creamy texture. Least sugar was just right for me. Taro boba was nice as well but felt like there were just a handful of them.
Always noticed a long queue sobI finally decided to try this out. Settled on the Avocado Coconut as our safe first try - thick and creamy but could've used a deeper avocado flavour. Mochi Kurano was good though, chewy and not as sweet as the usual boba! Interesting choices of drinks available. will definitely be back to try them.
Light and refreshing. Good place to chill the afternoon away.
Cane Roasted Tea Au Lait and Jasmine Green Tea Au Lait
(u.p. $5.30 each for L size)
Tasted more of the milk then the tea. Might return to try the other Burpple selections.
Pretty delish, felt healthy, but expensive for a daily (or even weekly) meal. Umami sauce was basically Soya sauce, wouldn't recc.
The Bami Saigon ($5.50) does its job and does it well. The pate, ham, stewed pork came together so well and the veges provided a great crunchy contrast. A very satisfying meal/snack.
Bad af photo but burpple is my personal food diary so just posting this to remind myself to come back.
Matcha red bean and original peanut pancake 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Tried the Mango Purple Rice Yogurt ($6.80) which was indicated as one of their popular items. The staff added lots of mango chunks which gave the drink a tangy sweetness. Purple rice also gave a bite to the drink which I loved. Don't leave it out for too long!
