Ordered some classic Chinese Dishes for the cold rainy night

-Fried Rice with Fresh Crab Meat, Egg White and Dried Scallop ($24++ for small portion, good for 2-3 pax): I thought the fried rice was too bland! There was not a lot of crabmeat. plus peach garden does not have sambal chilli sauce, which I thought was essential for Chinese tzechar restaurant.
-Fried Carrot Cake with XO Chilli Sauce ($15++)

VIRAL KOREAN BAKERY @bakery_1946 is now at suntec!

They are well known for their Apple Bread! Now @bakery_1946 serves a wide selection of bakes and pasty suh as korean salted bread, croissants, twisted donuts and other specialty bakes!

Here is what we got:
-Garlic Butter Salted Bread
-An Butter Salted Bread
-Sausage Croissant
-Sweet Potato Bread
-Matcha Cooki Croissant
-K-Apple Bread
-Korean Mochi Bread Stick
-Injeolmi Korean Red Bean Mochi
-Hot Sweet Potato Latte
-Yuja Ade
-Mango Smoothie

The Korean Salted Breads are my top favourite here! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside!

If you are dining in, they will also heat up your order so that you can have the bakes warm!

Korean food is my comfort food!

Was recommended by a friend to check out this place: Hyang-to-gol Korean Restaurant at Raffles City basement!

Food items we got:
-Marinated BBQ Pork Set ($15.50++)
-Skewer Fishcake Odeng Soup ($14++)
-Soybean Paste Stew with Seafood ($18.50++)
-Seafood Pancake ($20++)

The food were all served piping hot! The seafood pancake had clams and prawns in it! Was pleasantly surprised by the presence of clams, as typically korean restaurant use prawns with squid insted? The soybean paste stew was actually quite spicy, though it was not mentioned in the description that it will be spicy (there is another soup option that is spicy beancurd soup with seafood for $18++). BBQ meat portions were huge, however I would have preferred if they have spicy bbq pork option too!

Tried the mango ice ($8.90) and red bean taro milk ice ($7.90)

Though prices are a lil expensive, But the shaved ice is super smooth and milky! Mangoes were fresh and sweet too!

Tze char all day everyday!

Visited @jb101firewokzflagship for the first time after bookmarking it on my map for the longest time!

They were having some promotion for fried fish at $2.90 only!!

Other dishes we ordered:
- salted egg spare ribs $15
- stir fried tanghoon $6
- charcoal claypot hokkien noodles $8.90

Loved that there was no bones in the pork ribs!
Would have preferred if the claypot hokkien noodles were the wetter kind though.
