🍥Wok Masters Special Beancurd ($14)
Really loved this! The beancurd is really soft and eggy while the fluffy floss on top gives it just enough sweetness. Chef’s kiss.

🍗Claypot Gong Bao Chicken ($16)
Pretty good gong bao chicken, it comes with many whole garlic cloves inside too, which are soft and well-cooked.

🥩Duroc Pork Set ($45.88)
This set comes with 180g of pork belly, 180g of pork jowl, kimchi, chinese chives and watercress. The pork is so flavourful and juicy while the chinese chives and watercress are also surprisingly crunchy and so delightful to pair with the meat!

🍜Truffle Jajjang Ramyeon ($12.88)
If you love creamy ramyeon, this one is for you. Its saucy yet not too salty with a nice creaminess to it, and a subtle truffle flavour. It is also topped with an egg to make it even more satieting.

🥣Kimchi Stew ($12.88)
Generously filled with kimchi, I found it a tad saltier than I’d like but it pairs pretty well with the other less salty dishes!

🥛Sikhye ($4.88)
We tried this Korean drink, which is basically a sweet rice beverage very similar to barley. It’s pretty refreshing and lighter than barley, not bad as a palate cleanser and pretty nice!

🍞Butter Coconut Bun
📍Honolulu Cafe (@honolulucafesg)
📌 Centrepoint / Westgate
💰 $1.90

I love my breads stuffed to the brim so this didn’t let me down. The coconut filling is crumbly and sweet, its really fragrant too and nicely filled. Really worth the price since its so generously stuffed!

🧀Burrata Pizza ($30)
This pizza is made with marinated cherry tomatoes, tomato passata and basil pesto. The burrata on top is creamy and smooth while the other elements are herby and well balanced. Super good!

🥓Prosciutto Pizza ($29)
This comes with mozzarella, tomato passata, arugula and shaved parmesan. The prosciutto makes the whole pizza saltier than the previous one, its meaty and pretty generous in portions. The arugula was a refreshing pairing too.

🍔 Zeppin Burger
📍Bizen Okayama Wagyu Steakhouse (@bizensteakhouse)
📌 Plaza Singapura
💰 $24.50

Was pretty surprised at the dine-in flow of Bizen as I had to order at the counter and make payment first before even being seated. Ngl I kinda prefer it that way, stops dine and dash incidents too. The best part was that the price reflected on the menu was the nett price, so I didn’t have to do the math 😀

The patty within the burger was tender and beefy, while the egg and bacon added that extra oomph to the dish. Generally a pretty solid burger though it wasn’t anything outstanding, fries were really crispy though!

🧋Bubble Tea
We tried the Milk Tea with Pearl, Grass Jelly Milk Tea, Jasmine Green Tea with Pearl and Honey Green Tea with Pearl. My favourite was the Grass Jelly Milk Tea as the grass jelly was easily slurped up. I like how generous 8 Degrees is with their pearls, so if youre a pearl lover, you wont be disappointed by the portion. The honey green tea was a tad sweet, so I’d recommend getting 0% sugar for that!

🍗Salted Chicken ($7)
I thought that the portion was a little small in relation to the price but still enjoyed this. The skin was crispy and nicely salted while the chicken meat wasn’t tough at all.

🫕Sesame Cold Noodles ($7)
My favourite! The noodles were so saucy, creamy and nutty with a strong sesame flavour. Despite the creaminess it wasnt jelak at all and was super refreshing with a mild sweetness. Must try!

🍜Chicken Meesua ($6)
Really comforting dish that wasn’t too salty, some portions of the meesua were a little clumpy and gloopy but generally I found this to be really homely and yummy.
