Xiao Chen handmade bao dian's classic siew mai, prawn tail dumpling, and crab claw dumpling offer a delightful experience at an affordable price of $2.20 per bamboo basket.
The classic siew mai is flavourful with a well-balanced mix of pork and shrimp, while the prawn tail dumplings are fresh and succulent.
The crab claw dumplings stand out with their rich taste and tender texture.
Overall, it's a satisfying treat for dim sum lovers seeking quality without breaking the bank.
The cup of hot brew tea is $1.40

Affordable and good. Not the best dim sum, but for this price, I will eat this very often.

I would say the har gao & siew mai were the main highlights. The steam pork is good, but felt I didn't eat much meat.

Overall taste, A good solid 7.5/10

Located in a coffee shop at geylang bahru, 小成手工包店 serves handmade dim sum that is affordable.

This chee cheong fan is certainly quite good, but don't expect this to fill your stomach for lunch.

It's a good add on for your un-filling lunch. Or during your tea break.

Usually a cheat code, but this was mediocre. Very little meat, a lot of bone.

Quite disappointing. It's acceptable, but I've had better rice roll at this price point.

Pass, although as you can tell the filling isn't a lot.
