The egg is damn good
For me, I like my ramen spicy.
And this is just right.
The teriyaki chicken was a little too tough for my liking.
Overall 7/10 for me.
Come here in the evening after 7.30pm, lesser crowds. Thus no rush to swallow the food
Solid side dish.
Can feel a slight crunchiness to the juicy pork cubes
Cooked just right.
This is one of the most value-for-money sides you can choose for your set meal at Tsuta. It comes with about 8 cubes of mouth-watering charred pork that have a nice ratio of fat to meat, and is a cheaper way of adding protein to your ramen without having to purchase extras.
Taste: 3/5
Always comforting like an old friend, the mild and creamy broth never fails to lift my spirits and serve as a respite from the daily grind. The chicken and corn taste wholesome, and the noodles are slurpworthy. Every set comes with a choice of side and hot or cold tea.
Taste: 3.5/5
I wanted to like this, i really did. But sadly, this ramen was pretty disappointing. Plus for some reason, the char siew tasted like ham π€

Definitely on the pricier side of my ramen budget but really worth the try. Duck meat was soft and thin, love the soba noodles which soaked up the duck broth pretty good. Surprisingly good for a fusion twist.
Went to the taiseng outlet and they only have counter seats of maybe 10-15? Self ordering machine and waited for around 15 mins to be seated.
