I looove their hand-pulled noodles! I got the ‘small flat’ - it’s chewy and slurpy, noodles have a great qq texture. Only towards the end of the meal did the noodles get softer bc they were soaking in the soup.
The soup was quite pleasant, not too strongly beefy but was still tasty. I was kinda thirsty after the meal tho, even tho it’s stated online that no MSG is used in their soup.
The beef slices were lean but not dry, some were in fact quite tender. They are generous with the leek & coriander toppings, and you can opt to not have them on the order sheet if you’re not keen on those. I opted for no chilli!

My classic fail-proof choice of small flat noodles never fails to live up to my expectation of ensuring maximization of flavours! (Science says: Larger surface area to volume ratio👩🔬) Even better, the noodles were perfectly al dente — retaining a slight Q without the coated flavours being too heavy on the palate. The beef was savoury and rich, excluding any gaminess. 🤩 Not forgetting, it’s texture was tender and easy to break apart!! Other wins include the soup generously packed with spices, and the pleasant kick of the noodles from the serving of chilli. 🥳

However, I do think that the chilli is missing some definitive fragrance to bring out the best of this noodle dish. 🌶 The noodles may also be tad oily too. 😶🌫️

This is good-enough bowl of noodles which makes me crave for a rainy day for the excuse of another visit. 🤫 Perhaps it’s time for another visit especially during this rainy season. ☔️
I belong to the camp who likes the soup version more. Add a little of the stall's chilli oil and the dish is nice enough for me to finish the entire bowl of noodles + soup! Tried with the other noodles previously and I think the thicker noodles generally goes better with this dish.
3⭐ Our initial plan was Genki Sushi and the waiting time is 45min, hence we change our dinner plan. Decided to try out 舌尖尖. It is one of the rare Chinese restaurant which is halal certified. We ordered a noodle and a set. The set includes a drink, a side and braised egg. WB had the mala spicy beef noodles which is not v spicy. I had the dry chicken noodle which is not bad.
