I’m back to my favourite Japanese food court in Terminal 2 after 1 year.
I was looking for something soupy and this is definitely the stall to go.
They given a big portion of mentaiko sauce together with the cheese and you can add all of them into the hot pot if you want. $22
I actually thought was only in korea you get this dish, anyway quick and fast, seem to stick a whole slab of toufu in the pot. Try it AFTER you board the plane.
I was so excited to see my fav stew available here at Sora. I must say this was very very good. I had the kimchi stew, with miso soup base and spice level 2. It was so delicious that I didn’t even whine when I accidentally broke the egg yolk. I enjoyed every slurp. I wonder if I can tabao this up to the plane on my next flight....
Tokyo Sundubu is one of Japan’s largest restaurant chain that serves hearty Korean stew with in-house hand-made tofu. And since we all love to be healthy and beautiful, time to order the Health & Beauty Sundubu that comes with a ball of collagen to be scooped into the hot pot. The product is a thick, rich and spicy soup base with their tofu, clams, chicken and other vegetables and roots.
This might just be the answer to a cold day (or night) in the airport, but frankly speaking, unless I have a craving for collagen-rich stew, I find the satisfaction from this bowl, given the price of S$19.30, did not match my expectation compared the other stalls from SORA.
The soup was thick and flavourful but not too spicy. Rice was deliciously cooked as well. However, price tag is rather steep. #food #foodphotography #foodie #burpple #sgfoodies #singapore #foodporn #korea #korean #koreanfood #sundubu #soondubu #tofu #jjigae
