Not M&Ms but Miso Black Cod ($42) from The Royal Mail. My first impression when the dish was served and upon looking at the menu for the price is "wah, so expensive ah!". However, after looking at what goes into the dish; leek fondue, seaweed butter, sesame tuille and bonito flakes, and tasting it for the first time, I was in awe at the flavours and texture. Overall, still a tad expensive in my opinion but if this is the normal price for a premium fish in an upscale restaurant, then I say order this dish when at The Royal Mail.

Yum. We visited Shisen Hanten for our appetizers, Opus Grill for mains and here at Royal Mail for their amazing durian dessert! Oh and being comfortably chauffeured by @audi sedans to each of these locations!
And omg I can't believe I actually aspired to be a DJ when I was younger because after hearing @muttons and @heyrozz's voice in real life, I think I just shut up for life better.

The langoustine, essentially a massive prawn who tasted like he had spent his formative years on Sixth Avenue and played golf on weekends, did the PR heavy lifting with his intense and brooding good looks while the other featured stars simply lazed around, languorously soaking up the luxuriously rich stew. 3.9/5
