[CLOSED] The Cufflink Club

The Cufflink Club had this on the first volume of their 'super secret menu' and it was an absolutely refreshing treat.

Somewhat intricate, this cocktail requires coconut fat to be melted and infused in rum, then frozen to remove the solidified fat. The result is coconut fat-washed rum that's then mixed with homemade pineapple cordial to create the Clearer Colada.

It's garnished with a lime twist, plopped right in the center with that hint of essential oil being released. What amazing depth to a simple-looking drink.

The Cufflink Club's known for their top-notch cocktails, and you're likely to stick around for a few; but what to do when you've got the munchies?

Don't leave. This place serves the perfect cure for your grub problems - freshly made oven-bake pizza. It doesn't look like much but it's all you need - stringy cheese, delicious sauce and a crispy, thin crust. Get the Salami Pizza if you want it spicy; it's peppered all around.

Dig into that pizza and you're probably ready for a couple more of whatever you're drinking.

The Cufflink Club serves amazing pizzas (coupled with amazing service) alongside some darn good cocktails. We're absolutely digging the NYC Style pizza ($18) with its delicious thin crust and intense flavors of cherry tomatoes.

Drinks wise, Head Bartender, Aarob Goodall, has set us up with some spanking tipples like Berlusconi ($23), Jack the Ripper ($23) and Porn Star ($28)—cause we all could use a little naughty fun in our lives. 🍸
