[CLOSED] The Burger Bar (Balestier)

This is the shrooms burger. And. It. Is. Awesome. It is packed with a punch with their well-marinated beef patty, sautéed mushroom pieces and melted Swiss cheese! The buns are a bit too thick and huge but it's tasty nonetheless. 👍🏻 Fatboys' burgers never fail! $10 only!

It was a good combination but may be too salty to those who prefer light flavours. An abundance of fries were given so sharing is highly reccomended! Those spicy hot drumlets were on point too. Not only were the skin spicy, even the meat was marinated very well with spicy flavours.

Overall, we feel that the quality of food in The Burger Bar was great but the favouring tend to be on the saltier side. Food portion (burger/sides) here are HUGE. We ended up having to bring home some fries and wings because we can no longer stuff ourselves and this happened for the FIRST time. 🤣

Cluck Kent is a salted egg yolk burger that we could only taste a mild flavour. We are not complaining though because the fried chicken patty was HUGE. Kae easily used other condiments like mustard and chilli sauce to give the burger more kick. The Mahalo burger has a bacon stuffed pork patty that was slightly charred and crispy. Together with caramelized onions, pineapple, jack cheese and mayo complete this heavily salted burger.
