Cluck Kent is a salted egg yolk burger that we could only taste a mild flavour. We are not complaining though because the fried chicken patty was HUGE. Kae easily used other condiments like mustard and chilli sauce to give the burger more kick. The Mahalo burger has a bacon stuffed pork patty that was slightly charred and crispy. Together with caramelized onions, pineapple, jack cheese and mayo complete this heavily salted burger.
