The dinner course is their highlight - Tatsu has been around been before chjimes renovation๐itโs a hidden gem of its own, famous through word of mouth for their authentic classic teppanyaki at a decent price ๐ the salmon in foil was so soft that it melts into that rich eggy savory broth ๐คค beef-wise was kinda standard (wasnโt wow according to my partner) and garlic fried rice was deliciously fried with the taste of the charred ness from the flames ๐ฅ
Got their omakase sashimi for one ($40) and tatsu dinner course ($68). The sashimi is so worth๐ฏ thick cuts and of fresh quality (on par with omakase restaurant standards)๐ rather than sharing, i will totally get one for myself ๐ธ worth and so satisfying ๐(savoring the memory in my head) ๐ญ
Mekajiki & Shake sashimi. Both sword fish belly and salmon sashimi were extremely sweet and fresh. It was served quite thickly sliced which made it so flavourful.
Hot sake. When warmed, the umami of sake was enchanced, slightly sweet yet fragrant which paired really well with the food.
