As an avid fan of all things cheese, this unfortunately didn’t spark joy for me. Though the chicken cubes were pretty tender, I feel that something was lacking in the dish overall. Maybe I should have tried their pork chop buns 😂.
Famous Macau pork chop bun located in vivo city for just S$6.9++. The pork chop is juicy yet tender, very tasty but a small drawback is oily.
S$10.90
Flavourful wet noodles. Remind me of our Hokkein Prawn Noodles.

Love the fact that this polo bun is as authentic as those in HK. I feel like I’m in one of the cha chaan tengs in HK. Inside the bun is a really thick slice of butter unlike those in the kaya toast. So you get really crispy sweet outside with the inside soft and savoury. Yummy yummy yum yum yum!
Macau famous pork chop bun is available here in Singapore for $6.90. You can add egg, cheese or others for additional charge.
Gotta give props for the portion relative to price, because I was well and truly stuffed after having this for lunch, which might not have been the best idea due to the ensuing food coma.
The tasty but chewy pork chops resulted in aching jaws but the rich and abundant amount of salted egg sauce made up for that. I'm also impressed how my "he bao" egg is fried perfectly on every visit, with crispy edges bordering fluffy whites and a limpid yolk in the center.
