I've tried so many things here I wanted something different. I seldom order salmon anywhere but look at that. It's not only gorgeous, it's delicious and fatty. Great skin too. Must add onsen egg. $1.20 only.

The chicken was surprisingly good. It's a step above most economical yakitori in Singapore. Tender and fragrant. Negi shio refers to the spring onion, which is mixed with salt, sesame oil and tare. Funny why they use garlic as a special topping but make such mediocre garlic.
