The tofu is silky and smooth! They sell quality cantonese style soups here as well.

Healthy Chinese food with fresh ingredients and beneficial herbs. Cant ask for more. Ordered mushroom soup, as on point as ever, braised tofu also so good as well as the braised pork. Another must try this is their sti fried long bean with tea leaf!

This is pork with egg. Around $18. it is cooked with sesame oil. This chain of restaurant comes from JB.

Overall we rate this place 7/10. The pork ribs soup has small pieces of bony pork ribs.

Normal beancurd with caramel sauce on the side. Personally find it better without the caramelised sauce as I donā€™t like sweet stuff.

Beancurd not so much of the soy taste but itā€™s smooth and soft.

Soupertang is ā€œsouperā€ famous in Malaysia yet its Singapore outlet is underrated. Perhaps itā€™s due to its location but I do find its food equally yummy and worth revisiting again and again. tried the soup and it really reminds us of our mumā€™s cooking back home. As you relish the dishes here, every taste and every bite will trigger fond memories of growing up. Albeit a bit pricey, I believe itā€™s well worth the splurge.

Not sure why this place seems so quiet when the food is yummy and hearty, perhaps because it is slightly expensive and the whole mall in general seems quite deserted. But I really enjoyed my dinner here because the Soupertang Signature Soup (which they are famous for) ($26.90) had a whole chicken in it and really reminds me of my mumā€™s/grandmumā€™s cooking at home! This beancurd is also their specialty and comes with two sauces (ginger and caramel) ($3.50)
