🍚🍚 Loved the olive rice at soup restaurant. Always order that when I'm there. :) there's also salmon and vegetables with egg, century egg and salted egg.
The creamy, hearty broth has a generous portion of fish maw and sea cucumber!
Comfort dish, with a nice chew and a sticky sweet sour glaze!
Good for two to share, plenty of meat and veg to go around. Soup was gently peppered with a delicate porky flavour. Request for the "ma-la" chilli if you like more oooompf. Exactly what I need after an entire week of binge eating my way through Melbourne. 😌
